There are those rare occasions when an event occurs, and you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that event was divinely orchestrated.
Such an event occurred when my wife and I chose the Associate Broker/Owner of NextHome Infinite Real Estate Solutions (NHIRES) to represent us in purchasing a home in Midland Georgia. I am referring to none other than Ms. Felecia Saunders. From the outset, and even though we never met Ms. Saunders until the day of closing, we sensed that she was a person to be trusted without any reservations. In fact, when we first dialoged with Ms. Saunders via telephone, it was very apparent that making a commission was not the motivation factor in her wanting to represent us, her motivation was our total satisfaction regarding the condition of, type of, and location of, the house we wanted to purchase. And guess what, the interaction between the three of us transpired from 561.9 miles away, being that my wife and I resided in Shreveport Louisiana. Also, as I mentioned earlier, we didn’t even physically see her or the property we were pursuing until the day of the closing (i.e.,8.26.22) of the purchase; however, she did give us a virtual tour session of the house. The virtual tour Ms. Saunders conducted was not deceiving in any manner, her verbal narrative description and video depiction of the features of the property was just as we perceived it prior to seeing the home. We could have not been more pleased when we physically toured the house and neighborhood. Even the attorney who presided over the closing procedure acknowledged that he had never witnessed such an unorthodox degree of trust in a real estate agent by any home buyer(s) being that they had never physically viewed the property until the day of the closing. Ms. Saunders in our summation, is the epitome of what a real estate agent is supposed to exemplify. She is authentic, caring, meticulous, personable, and most of all has social skills that are supreme and second to none. In fact, she was so engulfed in helping us select the right home, that after critiquing about two properties, she realized that she had not even approached us about signing the contract employing her services to be our real estate agent. So, in essence, and for a considerable amount of time, she devoted her efforts, time, and resources to help us find a house to buy voluntarily. This in and of itself is what sealed the deal for us on recruiting Ms. Saunders. I say this because in the past we’ve had agents whose first act was to want to lock us in a contract to have them represent us.
